How booking works

Payment

  1. A 50% deposit of the final quoted cost is required upon receipt of invoice. This secures your date.
  2. The remaining balance is due at least 1 day before the event.
  3. A standard $60 service fee is included in every quote. Taxes are not included.

Cancellations & changes

  • Cancel more than 30 days before the event: full deposit refunded.
  • Cancel 8 to 30 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded.
  • Cancel less than 7 days before: deposit is not refunded.
  • Date changes are free, subject to availability, up to 5 days before the event.
